About

Handcrafted Porcelain Jewelry

I create porcelain jewelry and specialize in earring design. My work has a sculptural, hands-on quality and is made with consideration for both visual appeal and lightweight comfort. The porcelain components of my jewelry are made by hand, creating unique shapes with subtle variations. The porcelain components are fully glazed, front and back, and many of the glazes used are custom, hand-mixed blends. Each pair of earrings is made with ear wires that are fashioned individually, in either sterling silver or 14K gold-filled wire, and hand-formed to seamlessly couple with the porcelain elements.

Currently, my work is available for sale at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia and through local pop-up markets.

About Me

I’m an independent artist living and working in Philadelphia. Throughout my artistic career, my work has included sculpture, installation, and painting. Currently, I’m an associate artist at The Clay Studio where I work among fellow creatives. In 2008, I began studying ceramics and sculpture while living in Chapel Hill, NC. I went on to earn a BFA in visual art from Arizona State University in 2012 and earned an MFA from The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2015. Over the years, I’ve exhibited my work regionally and nationally and have enjoyed working with local art collectives and universities to organize art events, exhibitions, and programming.
